Any private styling session can be scheduled by sending a request via email to [andreea@stylechemy.com](mailto:andreea@stylechemy.com) within a maximum of 2 months from the date of purchase. Purchased sessions that are not scheduled by email within this period will be canceled, and the purchase amount will not be refunded.
Private sessions can be rescheduled no later than 24 hours before the agreed date and time. Any session canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled date and time will be considered as completed, unless there is a valid reason (such as a medical certificate, canceled flight, etc.). In such cases, the purchase amount will not be refunded.
Private sessions, once scheduled by mutual agreement, can be rescheduled by the client a maximum of 2 times. After this, the session will be considered as completed.
