CUSTOMER CARE

Customer satisfaction is a top priority for us! We warmly welcome all inquiries and carefully review each one to find the best possible solutions.

The availability of our online courses is specified in the details of each course. If no specific timeframe is mentioned, access is considered lifetime, as long as the course remains hosted on the Stylechemy.com platform.

Private image consulting sessions are valid for 2 months from the date of purchase and must be scheduled within this timeframe. Appointments for 1:1 sessions are made via email or phone, and the day and time are mutually agreed upon. All one-on-one sessions are held Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

PRIVACY & SAFETY

One of our core principles is the confidentiality of all information. Whether during one-on-one sessions or within our courses, any information shared by the client with the image consultant will be treated with the utmost discretion and remain strictly confidential.
